Toucan App Update: 2.3.6 (Android) & 2.3.8 (iOS)
We have released a new update to the Toucan Smart Home this afternoon. We are always looking to regularly update the app to make sure that it is performing with the Toucan Wireless Video Doorbell and Wireless Outdoor Camera to the best ability.
iOS:
- Two way authentication UI fixes
- Downloaded footage can now be accessed outside of the app
Previously, we added the album feature under "Settings" on the Toucan app so that users could storage their saved footage. We have now enabled the ability to save your download footage to your camera roll.
- Wireless headsets will now stream audio with your doorbell or outdoor camera
If you are using a Bluetooth device, we have now enabled the camera audio to be able to stream through this Bluetooth device. Previously if you were trying to pull up the live feed or look at footage with a Bluetooth item (through car radio, AirPods, wireless headphones etc.) sound would be unavailable.
Android:

Update: We have released a new version of the Android app to Google Play as of 6/2/2021 to fix bugs regarding some Bluetooth headsets and a bug regarding the camera going offline.
