I expected the doorbell to pick up movement when they entered the field I had set up, It does not. It picks up movement right before the doorbell is rung. A regular doorbell that comes with the house is as good as this $100 + doorbell

The Chime will connect and work once or twice, but then it stops working. Can't get it to work. Second Chime we have ordered. Same problem with the first one.

It works as a doorbell, period. When I try to connect, it goes offline, as soon as, it updates software. This is my 3rd unit and 2 of 3 refused to connect after software update. The first went off line and would not reconnect after power blips that reset the router. For unknown reasons they are a weekly, sometimes daily issue. The tech support tried to help, they were extremely patient with me while I tried to get the 1st 2 to work. I even replaced my router to be sure that I could access both 2G and 5G. After multiple tries to connect the 3rd unit, I gave up.

I hate it. The response time is terrible and the inside bell doesn't work. I would like to return it.

The product has poor weather protection especially for rain, water seeps in creating foggy view. Internet connection keeps disconnecting. Product needs modification and improvement.

Simply put, I just like the device, that is why I bought two. The night vision is definitely one of the best that I have seen. You can talk, access remotely and get wide angle views. I like it.
