Keeps loosing signal
If I could i would get something else i hear the signal on my phone when I’m out check the app and nothing the screen shows nothing i can’t switch cameras but i can see my account but not the cameras so if my house was getting robbed i couldn’t see it .

This has a nice picture, but the battery life is poor. It Seems like I am always recharging it. I have two plus the doorbell cam. Recharging is constant. If I don't keep them charged the loose connection and I have to go through the reconnect process.

The battery on my first Toucan wireless camera would not hold a charge for longer than two weeks. After replacing it under warranty (and I can't be sure if the original camera wasn't sent back to me) the second Toucan Wireless Camera also would not hold a charge longer than two weeks. I routinely charged the cameras for more than 24 hours, to insure a full charge. Unfortunately there's no way to give less than one star as a rating. This product is garbage in my opinion. As for customer service, after the second camera failed, I never received a response to my email regarding the second device. If asked I will steadfastly recommend anyone within earshot to please DO NOT WASTE THEIR MONEY ON YOUR WIRELESS CAMERA!!!

The cameras work good once you get them connected. I have 3 cameras connected to the Wi-Fi but the cameras are no good if they become disconnected. It’s hard to get ahold of staff directly for a replacements. Wouldn’t buy again due to going through 6 cameras to get connection. Other brands connect fine and this is with 2 different internet companies.

this outdoor camera has served many purposes other than just being a security camera. I use it to talk to our package delivery and our grocery delivery when I see them coming up the driveway! It’s great to say “thank you” through the talk function.

I really enjoy having this wireless outdoor camera. I was a little hesitant at first because the price is low but it works great! The picture is clear, notifications are fast and it was easy to set up.
